Returns Policy
Because we are small sportswear company dedicated to the environment and your complete satisfaction with our products, we will do one of the following to take care of your customer service needs:
- Replace the purchased item
- Provide you with an online credit for future purchases
- Refund your money (less shipping) if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. You will not be charged shipping for the returned item (we will provide a shipping label)
Exchanges
Please email our customer service representatives, describe the problem with the purchased item. We will send you a return packing envelope (with UPS), simply return the item. Once we register the item as shipped we will ship your replacement immediately. This allows us to ship to you quickly without waiting for the item arrive at our warehouse. email:service@planetprotect.com
Store Credit
If you do not wish a replacement of the item you originally bought, or was given as a gift. You can opt for an in-store credit. Once we receive the returned item, your account will be credited. The credit is good for 6 months from the date of return.
No Questions Asked Refund
Your patronage is vitally important to us, as is your word of mouth about your Planet Protect experience. That is why we provide a simple no hassle refund. Once we receive the returned item, your credit card will be credited immediately. We promise not to hassle, question or rebuke your need to refund any item we sell. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Please note, due to the rapid increase in online fraud and identity theft, we must have the returned item in hand prior to crediting your credit card. We will pay for UPS return postage and do everything we can to speed the refund.

Order Tracking
We will send you the tracking number for your package in a separate email following shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation and drop off.

We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facility. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information. Finally, we rely on a third-party service provider (Network Solutions) for the physical security of our backend order processing. We believe that their security procedures are more than adequate. While we use industry-standard precautions to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security. 100% complete security does not presently exist anywhere online or offline.
Planet Protect Fraud Prevention
In order for us to protect our customers and ourselves against the rampant increase of identity theft and fraudulent purchases - here are our shipping and processing regulations:
- We do not ship overnight orders, please do not ask
- We don't normally accept orders from Yahoo or Hotmail accounts (or other free email accounts). We understand some customers have no other option - and we do take phone orders as well and will accomodate your request.
- We record all IP addresses and will verify account with the ISP
- We verify addresses and credit card info prior to shipping
- If we cannot verify current address we will call the customer direct
- We do not ship outside the US/Canada region
- We subscribe to numerous fraud alert services
- We will vigorously pursue anyone who commits theft against Planet Protect, Inc.
At times our loyal customers my be inconvenienced by our tough policies – we do apologize for this, however your identity and peace of mind is worth the process.
